For the whole work (mockup, the direct restoration), it took three incomplete days. The patient arrived from far away and was very limited in time.
Due to the strong destruction of the palatine walls of the teeth, a kofferdam wasn’t used in this case. Teflon was used as isolation against micro-leaks.
The material for mockup - Charisma Classic (one visit, 3 hours).
The material for finishing restoration - Estelite Asteria (A2, A1 B ), Estelite Sigma CE, Estelite Sigma Flow A1, Estelite LCO liquid packer, Estelite clear, White paints (2 visits for 4 hours ).

The distance between the palatine wall and the stump was filled with the flowable Estelite Flow Quick OA1, then the restoration body was brought to the level of the vestibular surface of the stump with a shade of Estelite Asteria A1B. Then, the entire surface was covered with a thin layer of Estelite LCO liquid opaquer. After that, the cervical part was laid out with a shade of A2 B (Estelite Asteria), the main body weight and mammelons A1 B. Paints. The lower third of the vestibular surface was covered with a shade of CE (Estelite Sigma).
