The patient, woman, of 39 years old applied to the dental clinic with complaints about missing teeth.
From the patient’s anamnesis: teeth were removed or а had fallen out themselves starting from adolescence. All teeth were affected by rapidly developing caries. By the age of 30, all the teeth were lost in the lower jaw, and partially on the upper jaw. The basal implants were installed on the lower jaw due to the lack of conditions for dental implants. The patient was diagnosed with DS vitamin D deficiency.
The evaluation of tooth condition: failure of orthopedic structures, failure of teeth on the upper jaw (11, 12, 13, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27), extreme atrophy of the upper jaw in the area of premolars and molars.
